Hi! My name is Fernanda and I'm a 24 year old Peruvian artist, currently based in Toronto. But when I assume my true form, you'll recognize me as your neighborhood's friendly cat-granny.

Originally trained in the academic tradition of realist painting, my work strives for respect of the technical values of craftsmanship as well as understanding of the subtle beauty of the natural world.
My style is always close to my love for realism. However, I constantly explore mediums, including digital painting (my archenemy!), to discover new means for storytelling, which lies at the heart of my artistic production.

I like focusing on the 'boring' stories of everyday life heroes, by bringing some humor and glamour into the less noble but equally valuable moments everyone experiences but only few share.
